Hello everybody, I hope you’ve all been doing well. It has been a while since I put up an article, my greatest apologies. Thank you sorabrawl for the great update on latest of news.

There was one thing he did not mention that I’m pretty pumped about and I’m sure the rest of you will be happy to hear! In the latest Famitsu magazine, an interview with Tetsuya Nomura was put in. Sorabrawl mentioned this, but he gives great news on it because  he revealed a little news for Kingdom Hearts III.

As of so far every game in the Kingdom Hearts series has somehow been connected to Xehanort. You have Kingdom Hearts with Ansem, the heartless who is actually Terra’s heartless and where Terra’s body has been controlled by Master Xehanort. Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts II  had connections with Xemnas, Xehanort’s nobody. Then finally, Master Xehanort, himself, in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.

Nomura has stated that Kingdom Hearts III is now officially in production after so many fans pleads and especially since some of us fans were in middle school when Kingdom Hearts II came out and majority of us will be graduated by high school when Kingdom Hearts III comes out.

Nomura has stated that Kingdom Hearts III will be the final game related to Xehanort. After Kingdom Hearts III there will be no mention of Xehanort. What does this mean for our favorite hero, Sora? Nomura has further stated that Kingdom Hearts III is not the last game in the Kingdom Hearts saga, and sources also tell us that Sora will continue to fight the darkness after Kingdom Hearts III.

Hey, been awhile, miss me?

I’ve been mighty busy with school, a new job, and some other stuff, but luckily for updates, there hasn’t been a whole lot of news, until now.

As of yesterday E3 press conferences started(I unfortunately was still in school then had some other things that I missed them, the first chance I get to watch the conferences I’ll update here, so check back). Today though is the big one. Today is the Nintendo Press Conference and as I sit back and wait, questions already begin to rise in my head.

What will we see from Square Enix about its upcoming Nintendo 3DS Kingdom Hearts title, Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance?

Well real quick, there’s news that Square Enix is working alongside Sony on its new PSP Vita previously known as Sony NGP. What does that mean to us? Could we see another experimental Kingdom Hearts game for it like we’re seeing with KH3D?

Hello people of KHPlanet.

As sorabrawl has told you in his last review, Kingdom Hearts news has been very slow. I would assume though in the upcoming week or so, we should start to see news starting to pop up, or Square Enix could become even quieter as different video game conventions start to become known for the summer of 2011.

Anyways, if there is no Kingdom Hearts news to report, why then am I writing this article? This article is really meant more for the members of KHPlanet’s forums(and if you’re not one, you really should be!) As I’m sure you’ve seen, the site is experiencing… difficulties. But not to worry! These aren’t difficulties per say.

Sure when this got started we weren’t expected to run into what we did, however because of what we did, it’s becoming even better for the site and all of you. The staff is currently working on forums update. This update include so many things I’m not going to ruin the surprise of, but rest assure, they’re all great and you’re going to love them!

KHPlanet’s forums should be up and operating in the next couple of days(maybe even sooner), so please stick with us. Thanks guys, you’re truly the best.

Stick with KHPlanet as we bring you more updates about not only our forums, but definitely expect to see updates when Kingdom Hearts news starts to come out again!

Hey guys, today is March 12, and this is the weekly KHPlanet news update! 

Re:Coded- I’m not going to say a whole lot with this because it’s pretty simple, Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded is number one best seller on the market in the U.S. A round of applause to that.

358/2 Days- Again not going too far in depth, but the cover for the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days manga cover has been released. It looks pretty sweet!

Japan- This is where I’m directing all my attention to. If you don’t know about this, get out from under the rock.

As of Friday March 11(for the Japanese and some Europeans, Saturday March 12) an 8.9 magnitude struck off sure of Japan. This massive earthquake is the largest in Japan’s history. The earthquake caused tsunamis across the Pacific where people in Alaska and Hawaii haven’t gotten it. This earthquake is much worst that the quake in Haiti last year.

Square Enix has twittered “The Earthquake. We are OK… thanks for the messages” so we can be assure that they’re ok and so are other large developers such as Sony.

Our hearts here at Kingdom Hearts Planet go out to the people of Japan and all their love ones. We are sending our prayers and hope that soon love ones will be reunited and the country can begin to rebuild.

In forums news, nothing big from the forums staff has been announced, however due to comments from various members, we will now be including Square Enix overall news. I not being a huge fan of Square Enix other games such as Final Fantasy, will probably not be covering a whole lot of it, however you can count on some small stuff from them.

In other news, I’m going to restart up the fanfics contest. It wasn’t the greatest success for one reason, many people submitted stuff but none of them were spell checked.

So please people spell check your work if you want it to be put up here. I am not an editor, I will not edit your story, it’ll be posted as is and it will be a huge embarrassment to you.

~Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep to be Re-Released on PSN?

In a discussion with Tetsuya Normura, the Kingdom Hearts creator, he was asked about why the prequel game, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, was not released for the PSN, the only way PSP-Go players could play the game. Normura replied with “It’s difficult of a reason, because I don’t know.” However PSP-Go players may see the game appear on the PSN, Normura just “needs more time”.

Squall’s New Look Squall’s scoring some new clothes in a download code. Players will be able to play as our favorite “Leon” in Dissida. Through this download, Squall is getting the clothes worn by Leon, the name he has in Kingdom Hearts series, to run around in.

This download code is accessible through two sources; V-Jump magazine in Japan and Dissida 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy. There’s no known way that Americans and other North American fans will be able to score this code quite yet.

Good evening everyone! I hope all of you are enjoying your day, I know for Kingdom Hearts fans over in Japan sure are!

Today (technically tomorrow, but it’s going on right now for Japanese people) was the release of the Kingdom Hearts re: Coded game over in Japan. For quite a few days though, folks in Japan have been celebrating the release. Which one of is this statue they had outside the Disney Store. From a few of the pictures the scene looked mighty busy.

A date was all announced that North American fans can get their hands on Re:Coded. The release date is January 11, 2011. So I hope you’re psyched about that!

Moving along, a small short little interview (more like a couple questions) with Kingdom Hearts Kato and Ito…

Q. About when and how did the Re:Coded project begin?

A. We were considering the fact that there were a lot of people that who wanted to try out Coded outside of the mobile phone version, so from about October of last year we started development together with H.a.n.d. on the DS version. ~Kato

Q. Finally, any messages for the players of Re:Coded?

A. You can change your avatar’s outfits using the touch pen, so you can get quite detailed. You can use the pen to add tiny parts like “Cid’s toothpick” and other things make sure to check it out. ~Ito

Hey! How’s it going? Me, ah just been busy, that’s all. Busy in which I need to apologize to all of you for not updating with news. As is from the news I have missed, I’m not sure where to start.

Well I haven’t been able to update you a lot with the Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. Basically, this is, like Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix Birth by Sleep Final Mix is an exclusive Japanese game. As you all should know, Americans and Europeans were treated special when we gained some extra the original Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep in Japan didn’t have, until now. The new final mix will have all of those plus much, much more. The release of game in Japan will be January 20, 2010. Those of you interested in the game, you can purchase through play-asia.com.

A while back(about the beginning of October, sorry folks), the secret video from the Japanese Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded was released. This secret video hints at something? What nobody is quite sure. There are many theories on what. Could it be the theme of Kingdom Hearts 3D? Is this the announcement for Kingdom Hearts III? Nobody knows. However, it’s a great watch anyways.

Hey guys, some sad news has just been recently released.

In  a recent interview with Normura, Normura mentions about Kingdom Hearts 10^th anniversary. For that date he apparently has something planned for the fans to enjoy. What that something is though, has not been released. However he did mention Kingdom Heart III, and let’s just say it’s not some of the greatest news for those of you anticipating the release of the game to be coming soon or by 2012.

Normura stated in the interview that Kingdom Heart III will not be released in 2012, which we can only guess that means it won’t be released until after 2012.

“2012 is the 10th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts,” Nomura told the magazine, “so we’d like to do something to celebrate. However, I’ll say this up front, just because it’s the 10th anniversary, we still won’t have Kingdom Hearts III out.”

So when it comes to Kingdom Hearts III we still have quite a bit of time to be waiting on it, however what Normura could be planning for the 10^th anniversary is a mystery and hopefully will be just as exciting as Kingdom Hearts III.

Hey guys been a while, Dawn here(with a name change).

I have some new news for you guys concerning Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. As I’m sure most of you have heard, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix has been announced for Japan and will be available January 2011. I did want to share the trailer for the video.

The trailer is pretty sweet. It contains some pretty sweet looking game play from the game. It also shows some of the secret bosses new to the Japanese fans.
