Finally Official
Even though we all knew and have been waiting for the release of Birth By Sleep to North America, it hadn’t yet been officially confirmed by Square Enix. Well, the wait is over! Square’s North American site has now announced the game’s travel overseas.

PAL Territories Too!
Let’s not forget about European fans, though. One day after the confirmation for North America, Square Enix announced that Birth By Sleep will be in Europe, a relief I’m sure to thousands of fellow fans.

With all of the websites being released for the new territories, it seems like Square is quickly approaching the most important news: A final release date!

I really dislike that they pick and choose different consoles/systems for the different games. Or when they only do it for just one console/system. :/ it’s very annoying.

From the company’s view, it would be very, very costly and almost pointless to make a copy of each game for each system. And also, if they were to make each game for one single console, they would be alienating a huge market of potential game buyers. I think Square-Enix is trying to spread out its games over various systems, so that everyone can enjoy. I was lucky that I had a PS2 and so was able to play KH1, KH2, and KH RECOM without having to buy another console. But keep in mind Sqaure-Enix isn’t purposely trying to make you buy more consoles, it’s not like they profit from you buying a PSP or a DS. I personally like the idea of making a KH game for DS and for PSP, as it makes for a great travel companion when staying somewhere else, on a plane, etc. What may come off as annoying may be only viable way.
Darn it! now I need to find me a PSP! At least the game will be coming out sooner.
Ik its annoying why can’t the stick to one system and keep with it? And when is coming out in New York?
I think they should leave it on the PS2 or have it on the PS3 instead! They should just stick with one console!

i REALLY MISS KINGDOM hearts but i feel that they should put and make it in all consoles Given how long we waited for the 3 part of one of the best games ever kingdom hearts and for the other people who dont have psp consoles so everyone can play. i really wish they would also put it in ps2 but im fine with whatever they choose whether they choose to only use 1 console or more i can use it in psp as they have decided this summer. i just feel sorry for the ones who have to buy a new console just to play one game DOESNT THAT SOUND REALLY BAD for the company / group . i just REALLY WANT IT IN ENGLISH HERe in the phillipines PLS! P.S im only 14. and Square enix if you read this PLS hear me out make it in english in all consoles . you WILL MAK THE WORLD A MUCH BETter place and that will make your company /. group alot more than just money it will make you popular i never even heard of Square enix until KH i didnt play final fantasy but anyways PLS Square Enix hear me out !
