Yes, I count Behemoth as a boss. That's correct. If anyone else was curious, Reverse Armor and Stealth Sneak were the other two that I know of off hand.
And for the record, this is in the KH1 subforum, so it's kinda assumed that all questions are from the first game. That's why I didn't specify which Hades Cup.
