Okay, first match was South Africa vs Mexico. I was rooting for SA. No one scored in the first half. Second half, SA scored first and was yelling with happiness. The Mexico scored. a little nervous. then SA had a chance to score. blew it. then another chance just a few seconds in overtime that would seal their victory. blew it. the game ended in a draw and my uncle lost 50,000 dong; a little over $3.
overall, i was disappointed in SA a bit. oh, and i saw this in 3-D!!!

This is what I was thinking. A surprise win for Australia or perhaps a draw. From what I hear, Germany has a few injured. Australia's keeper is also freakin' awesome, Maybe if Australia gets a miracle early first goal and then focus on defence for the rest, they may have a chance. Unless of course Germany pulls off one of their miracle counter attacks and pull off 3 goals against Australia.
I think this one could be a good game to watch. Full of surprises.
