Which was your favorite/least favorite mark? Did you like the hunt system? Discuss this sidequest here.

I loved the hunt system. I spent many hours being distracted from the main game getting my ass kicked by invisible chocobos and chasing rabid bunnies. The rewards were generally worth it, but more importantly for me, the fights were actually challenging. Too often in FFs the storyline bosses are damn easy.

My favorite mark was Gilgamesh. His stupid remarks and actions made me smile. My least favorite was probably Carrot, because I hate malboros in general. The Yiazmat fight was also ridiculously long.

Marks were great. It gave me something to do while leveling up so I wasn't just fighting around and getting bored. Not to mention that it provided some very worthwhile challenges.

Favorite mark is definitely Gilgamesh. I loved seeing him come back for this. His personality was great. And his music is one of my favorite FF pieces ever. I also love how they kept the gag with the false swords in there.

Least favorite off the top of my head would be the Vorpal Bunny. I hate chasing my enemies. so the fact that it wouldn't sit still really annoyed me.

my fav was gilgamesh
though i did spend like 1 hour fighting, good old lvl 50 party. i spent more time trance about seeing gilgamesh and going "do bah do bah do bahhh, dah do bah do bah do bahhhh" to his them when i first stumbled across him.
least fav was probably lindwyrm, it took me forever to find it

They made some of the marks damn near impossible to find. The Seer was one, just because wandering around the Pharos getting those damn orbs was time consuming and irritating. I had a hard time finding Behemoth King, too. Took forever for me to clear out all the areas nearby to make that one appear.
