No Commitment on Versus XIII

With this news I could sort of cry about. Some of you are probably wonder what could Final Fantasy Versus XIII have to do with Kingdom Hearts. Well let me explain, the team working on this game is the same team behind Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, the team in charge of creating Kingdom Hearts III when it happens.
A little about FF Versus XIII is a RPG game announced at E3 2006 and not much detail has been released about this games, which is pretty typical of Square Enix. People from Gaming Union asked Yoshinori Kitase when the game will be released at the gamescon this year. Kitase replied quoting…
“We have no release date information to update. Unfortunately we can’t say anything about that. We can’t commit ourselves to 2011 either.”
This upsets me mainly because now, as we all know how slow the production team works, pushes Kingdom Hearts III back more.

It's not lazy, they're just putting a lot of work in on it and aren't committing to a release in 2011

i really would like to know what versus xiii is about, is it like ffx games? two different stories or what.. but i hate that it means they wont work on kh3.

Honestly, I couldn't care less for KH3. I want Versus, since it looked to be the best of the three XIII games. I'm glad I don't have a PS3 right now, because that would give me more of a reason to be upset.

As a personal thought, if the reason as to why Versus is being pushed back more and more was to update it with constantly evolving technology, they shouldn't keep on updating it. Honestly, it would be fine with whatever is current. Now, if it is going to be a truly massive game and has still much work required, then it is understandable as to why it is taking so long.

If KH3 is going to be created, and would be on the PS3, then stop and think for a moment. Versus has been worked on for for at least 4, if not more, years now. Has anybody besides me even considered the possibility that KH3, which isn't even being developed at the moment (At most they're thinking of a plot), will take several years to create.

Exactly why I want it to hurry up because I'd like to have KH3 before I graduate from college with a bachelor's degree

Versus wasnt the reason i wanted a PS3,so Im not exactly crying over this,though I do hope it comes out as soon as possible,though of course not rushed.

While I also want KH III,I can wait for a while.Not all sequels come out a couple years after the one before after all.Doesnt mean I have to like it,but I already accepted that it wont be out for a good while.

Bright side,we have other KH games to keep us interested!

Soon as possible it does need to come out. They aren't lazy they are just taking their time.
