I didn’t know the name of the artist and when I found this interview I was kind of surprised the entire series was composed by a woman. You’re right, there really are not a lot in the field of video game music. She’s very cool.

Shimomura is very nice. She makes music that no one can even possibly think of in their soul. Music is a graceful talent in everyone.

Shimomura is a girl.

But I agree with you completely, the soundtrack for the games are genius.

I admire this man for his music and his character. The soundtrack in both KH games on console are amazing, and Dearly Beloved is one of my favorites. Music can make or break a game, and when it’s a perfect balance of soft and rough, along with fast and slow you get a master piece.
